These Delivery Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) outline the responsibilities, limitations, and conditions applicable to the courier and delivery services provided by DHCourier (“we,” “our,” “us”). By using DHCourier’s services, you (“Customer,” “you,” or “your”) agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.DH Courier Limited provides nationwide courier, haulage, freight, pallet delivery, logistics, transport, and distribution services throughout the United Kingdom. All services are subject to vehicle availability, operational requirements, road conditions, weather conditions, legal transport regulations, driver availability, and any restrictions outside of our reasonable control.

DH Courier Limited is a member of the Road Haulage Association (RHA) and may operate under applicable RHA Conditions of Carriage where agreed or applicable to transport services provided.

All quotations provided by DH Courier Limited are estimates based on the information supplied at the time of enquiry. Prices may vary depending on collection and delivery locations, load size, weight, dimensions, waiting times, access restrictions, tolls, fuel costs, special vehicle requirements, out-of-hours operation, additional handling requirements, or changes requested after booking confirmation. Quotes remain valid only for the period specified unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Customers are responsible for ensuring all shipment information is accurate and complete prior to collection. Goods must be packaged safely and appropriately for transport. Any hazardous, oversized, fragile, restricted, or regulated items must be declared before transportation is arranged. DH Courier Limited reserves the right to refuse transport of any goods considered unsafe, unlawful, improperly packaged, or unsuitable for carriage.

Collection and delivery times provided by DH Courier Limited are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed. While every reasonable effort is made to complete deliveries safely and on time, delays may occur due to traffic incidents, weather conditions, accidents, road closures, breakdowns, ferry delays, customer delays, loading delays, customs issues, force majeure events, or any other operational circumstances outside of our reasonable control.

All transport services are subject to applicable UK carriage regulations and any agreed contractual transport terms in place between DH Courier Limited and the customer. Where applicable, liability may also be governed by standard industry conditions of carriage including applicable RHA Conditions.

DH Courier Limited maintains appropriate Goods in Transit and Public Liability insurance coverage in line with operational requirements and applicable transport activities.

DH Courier Limited shall not be liable for indirect losses, loss of profits, business interruption, missed deadlines, or consequential damages resulting from delays, failed deliveries, or service interruptions. Liability for loss or damage to goods is limited in accordance with applicable UK transport legislation, insurance limitations, and any agreed contractual terms between DH Courier Limited and the customer.

Customers are responsible for ensuring all goods comply with applicable UK laws and regulations. Any fines, penalties, damages, delays, or additional costs resulting from inaccurate shipment information, unlawful goods, unsafe packaging, or undeclared restricted items may be charged to the customer.

Payment terms are agreed prior to commencement of services unless otherwise stated in writing. Invoices must be paid within the agreed payment period. DH Courier Limited reserves the right to suspend services, recover outstanding balances, charge statutory interest, or pursue debt recovery action in the event of non-payment or overdue accounts.

Cancellation charges may apply where vehicles, drivers, fuel, route planning, staffing, or operational resources have already been allocated prior to cancellation. Additional waiting time charges may also apply where collections or deliveries are delayed beyond agreed loading or unloading times.

Users of this website agree not to misuse the website, interfere with website functionality, attempt unauthorized access to systems or data, upload malicious software, reproduce website content without permission, or use the website for unlawful, harmful, fraudulent, or abusive purposes.
